The CrossRacer Group recertified its quality management system under the ISO 9001:2015 international standard for the fourth consecutive year. Achieving, in the last period, the complete revalidation required by the standard every three years.
The Argentine handling company thus continues its quest to provide a service of excellence, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining quality and continuous improvement in its different processes: management and supervision of cargo movement for import and export, comprehensive management of VIP lounges, attention to passengers on commercial flights, supervision of ramp movements, loading and unloading of baggage, and reception and coordination of ground transportation services for passengers, crews and correspondence, among the highlights.
The first ISO 9001:2015 certification took place in 2018, after a year of preparations, and from there, deepened the installation of the management system and its influence in all areas of the organization achieving leadership in this sector of the industry. The recertification was in charge of TÜV Rheinland Argentina, a prestigious Certification and Inspection body with an international presence, and a leader in technical services for quality.
For CrossRacer, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification is a truly important achievement and a structural pillar of its business. The company has a specific Quality and Safety department, with members from different areas working transversally and involving all the people who make up the organization. Ezequiel Minassian, manager and head of the Quality Management System, adds: "Involving all the people who work at CrossRacer is central to our quality system.
