The CrossRacer Airport team, which operates Copa Airlines flights in Rosario, once again received an important recognition for its quality of service. On this occasion, the station of which CrossRacer is a part, was distinguished by the airline's Airport Services Department as Best "Voice Of The Customer" Station 2022.
The award is given to the station that obtains the best indicators, according to its passengers. For this recognition, the Rosario team stood out in:
- Friendliness and efficiency at the counter.
- Friendliness and efficiency at the aircraft gate.
- Baggage handling.
- Aircraft cleanliness.
This recognition was the second in 2022, after having obtained the "Extra Mile Award" for its performance, added to the nomination as Best Offline Station. 2022 turned out to be a very important and momentous year for CrossRacer, confirming once again the team's professionalism and passion for their work.
